If I want to learn about bible, I would go to the church, there are as many churches as the Donut stores in where i live.

I can personally tell you why there are suffering in the world but it will take a lot of time and space to write them. You need to read the bible i.e. JOB, PROVERB, and the rest of the Bible to find the answers that you are seeking.

Usually an evil person lives longer than a righteous person. God gives them time to repent of their evil deeds and there is no repenting in hell. You can find an example in the book of Matthew about the rich man and poor Lazarus.
